This year the Carmichael Creek Neighborhood Association was very lucky to receive a sponsorship in its name for the Dinner in the Park from Sandy Helland, benefiting the Carmichael Parks Foundation. Sandy Helland is a long time CCNA member and past Director on the CCNA Board. Thank you Sandy for your generous donation to help keep our local parks and recreation programs funded, as well as providing scholarships for our youth. We appreciate your continued support, ideas, and participation within the Carmichael Creek Neighborhood.

On May 14th, 2022, the Carmichael Creek Neighborhood Association hosted a community tour at the Garfield House located in the Sutter-Jensen Park. It was so nice to see everyone on such a beautiful day. We are so thankful to the Carmichael Recreation and Park District for allowing us to open the Garfield House to our community. Visitors toured the facility and learned about the history of the Garfield House and property.
Thank you so much to Creative Music Services for providing the live music, Fast Cat Coffee for donating coffee, and Green Acres Nursery for donating marigolds and tomato plants for people to take home.

The Carmichael Creek Neighborhood Association routinely organizes a trash pick up crew that meets at Carmichael Park. We call this the "Boulevard Brush-up." Please check our event schedule to see when the next Boulevard Brush-up will be so you too can help us keep our neighborhood clean and beautiful.
